Who we are

Hercon Shell is a young, full-service structural shell contractor full of vision and drive, founded by Oscar H., who has made it his personal mission to bring to Hercon what he learned as a young superintendent working for great industry pioneers like Burke, Suffolk, and Coastal Construction.

His vision is to make the customer happy at whatever cost possible, by providing the best possible price and committing to one of the most important aspects of construction today—schedule—turning the job over to the client on time, at all costs.

Oscar also makes it a habit to instill his drive into everyone at the company, a mindset composed of several key attitudes: thinking outside the box, hardly ever saying no to a job, constantly looking for efficiency, and maintaining the best possible quality control, all so that the best possible outcome for the project is achieved with the most overall satisfaction for everyone involved.

Accurate layout with state-of-the-art equipment and total stations before anything is built
Follow the GC’s site logistics, safety plan and sequence
Flag drawing conflicts early, not at the connection
Hand back a complete shell, ready for the trades that follow
